Superman outclasses Spider-Man in every single physical metric by orders of magnitude.
Spider-Man is one of Marvel's greatest heroes, but Superman operates at a fundamentally different power tier. Peter can lift 10 tons; Superman can move planets. Peter can dodge bullets; Superman can dodge light-speed attacks. Peter is super-tough; Superman is indestructible.
Spider-sense would warn Peter of every attack, but knowing a bullet train is coming doesn't help when you can't get out of the way fast enough. Superman's speed exceeds Peter's precognitive warning time.
There is no scenario โ with or without prep โ where Spider-Man can defeat Superman. This is a mismatch of cosmic proportions.
Spider-sense is excellent precognition. Peter's genius intellect is world-class. His agility is superhuman. But none of these bridge the power gap against a Kryptonian.
Superman is stronger by a factor of millions, faster by orders of magnitude, and effectively invulnerable to anything Spider-Man can throw. Heat vision, freeze breath, and flight provide options Peter can't counter.
Superman wins without effort. Spider-Man is an incredible character within his tier, but this is a tier mismatch so extreme it's barely worth analyzing.
