Zoro's Haki-infused swordsmanship and superhuman power overwhelm Wolverine's adamantium claws and healing factor.
This is a dream matchup between two of fiction's most iconic blade fighters. Wolverine's adamantium skeleton makes him nearly indestructible, and his healing factor means he recovers from almost any wound in seconds. His claws can cut through virtually any material, and centuries of combat experience make him one of the most skilled fighters in Marvel.
However, Zoro operates at a completely different power tier. Post-Wano Zoro wields Enma, a sword that drains Haki, and has unlocked Advanced Conqueror's Haki โ a power that lets him coat his blades in an energy that damages opponents from the inside out. He scarred Kaido, a being whose scales can tank attacks from entire armies. Zoro's flying slash attacks can cut through mountains, and his three-sword style gives him overwhelming offensive coverage.
Wolverine's healing factor is formidable, but Zoro's Haki-infused attacks damage more than just the physical body. Conqueror's Haki has been shown to bypass conventional durability, striking at the opponent's willpower and life force. This could theoretically neutralize or overwhelm Wolverine's regeneration in ways that conventional attacks cannot.
The speed differential is also significant. Zoro can move faster than the eye can track and has dodged light-speed attacks. Wolverine is fast for a street-level hero, but he's not in the same tier of speed as a New World pirate.
Zoro's Advanced Conqueror's Haki lets him cut through the toughest defenses in One Piece, including Kaido's scales. His three-sword style provides incredible offensive range, his flying slashes can level buildings from a distance, and his speed vastly exceeds Wolverine's. If Haki can bypass adamantium's durability or simply overwhelm the healing factor through sheer damage output, Zoro wins decisively.
Wolverine's adamantium skeleton is virtually indestructible and his healing factor has let him regenerate from a single cell. His claws can cut through anything, and he has centuries of combat experience across every fighting style. If Zoro's Haki cannot damage the adamantium skeleton directly, Wolverine can outlast him through pure attrition โ eventually Zoro tires, but Logan never stops healing.
Zoro wins this more often than not. His power tier is simply too far above Wolverine's street-level feats. Advanced Conqueror's Haki gives him a path to bypass adamantium durability, and his speed advantage means Wolverine would struggle to land meaningful hits. Wolverine's healing factor keeps him in the fight longer than most, but Zoro's output eventually overwhelms even that.
