This is a dream matchup between two of anime's greatest swordsmen. Zoro wields three swords simultaneously with Advanced Conqueror's Haki, capable of cutting through virtually anything. He scarred Kaido — one of the most durable beings in One Piece — and his flying slash attacks can level buildings. His physical endurance is legendary, as shown when he absorbed all of Luffy's pain at Thriller Bark.

Sasuke Uchiha is a master swordsman in his own right, but his real danger comes from his other abilities. The Rinnegan grants space-time manipulation, allowing him to teleport and swap places with objects. His Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan provides Amaterasu — inextinguishable black flames — and Susanoo, a massive chakra avatar that functions as both armor and weapon. Genjutsu allows him to attack Zoro's mind directly.

In pure swordsmanship, Zoro likely has the edge. His three-sword style is more technically demanding and diverse than Sasuke's single-blade kenjutsu, and his Haki provides both offensive enhancement and precognitive defense through Observation Haki. Zoro has dedicated his entire life to the sword, while Sasuke splits his focus across dozens of techniques.

But Sasuke's versatility is the deciding factor. Genjutsu could trap Zoro in an illusion — One Piece characters have no demonstrated resistance to mental manipulation of this type. Amaterasu provides an unavoidable fire attack that burns until the target is consumed. And Susanoo gives Sasuke a defensive option that Zoro's slashes would need incredible power to penetrate.
