Universal-tier power vs street-level hero — this is not competitive at any level of analysis.
Spider-Man is one of Marvel's greatest heroes, but he operates at the street-to-city level. Goku operates at the universal level. The power gap is so extreme that this barely qualifies as a matchup.
Goku could destroy the planet they're standing on with a casual ki blast. Spider-Man can lift about 10 tons. Goku moves millions of times faster than light. Spider-Man can dodge bullets. These are not comparable power levels.
Goku's power exceeds Spider-Man's by orders of magnitude in every single category. This fight lasts exactly as long as Goku wants it to, which is approximately zero seconds if he's serious.
Spider-sense is remarkable precognition that... would tell Peter he's about to die. Peter's genius intellect... can't solve the physics of fighting a universe-buster. There is genuinely no argument for Spider-Man here.
Goku wins instantly. Spider-Man is awesome within his tier, but this is the most extreme power gap imaginable. It's a street-level hero vs. a character who threatens multiversal destruction.
