Darkseid wins convincingly. The Doom Slayer is an incredible warrior within his own universe, but Darkseid operates at a cosmic tier that the DOOM franchise doesn't approach. His arsenal includes the BFG-9000, the Crucible blade, and every weapon imaginable. In his own universe, the Doom Slayer is essentially unstoppable.
