The Hulk's anger-fueled limitless strength scaling makes him a mirror of the Doom Slayer's rage — except Hulk's ceiling is literally infinite.
Two of fiction's angriest fighters, and both have power that theoretically scales infinitely with their rage. The Doom Slayer has fought through Hell for eons, slain Titans, killed the Icon of Sin, and defeated the Dark Lord of the DOOM universe. His arsenal includes the BFG-9000, the Crucible blade, and Seraphim-blessed supernatural strength. He's been portrayed as an unstoppable force that even demons fear.
The Hulk, however, operates at a power tier that dwarfs the DOOM universe. In his most powerful forms, Hulk has held together tectonic plates, destroyed an asteroid twice the size of Earth with a single punch, and even threatened to destroy the Dark Dimension through sheer rage. World Breaker Hulk devastated the entire Eastern seaboard with his footsteps. The angrier Hulk gets, the stronger he becomes — and there is literally no upper limit to this scaling.
The Doom Slayer's weapons are devastating against demons, but the Hulk's durability has tanked hits from beings far beyond anything in the DOOM universe. He's survived blows from Thor's Mjolnir, Sentry's full power, and the combined attacks of the Illuminati. The BFG might stagger Hulk momentarily, but it would only make him angrier — and therefore stronger.
The real issue is that the Doom Slayer's power source is his rage, and so is Hulk's — but Hulk's rage-to-power conversion operates at a much higher scale. Both are functionally unkillable, but Hulk's physical strength in his rage-empowered state dwarfs what the Doom Slayer has demonstrated.
The Doom Slayer has fought for eons against the forces of Hell and never been defeated. His Crucible blade can kill Titans, the BFG annihilates anything it hits, and his Seraphim blessing makes him supernaturally powerful. He killed the Dark Lord of Hell in single combat and his rage is canonically infinite. If his weapons have any exotic properties that bypass Hulk's durability, he has a path to victory.
The Hulk's strength has no upper limit and scales infinitely with anger. World Breaker Hulk devastated continents with his footsteps and punched an asteroid twice Earth's size into rubble. He's tanked hits from universal-level beings and only gotten stronger. The Hulk has a healing factor that rivals Wolverine's and has regenerated from near-complete destruction. In a fight based on rage, nobody out-rages the Hulk.
The Hulk wins based on superior scaling — both fighters draw power from rage, but Hulk's rage-to-strength conversion operates at planetary-to-cosmic levels while the Doom Slayer's feats cap at dimensional levels. The Doom Slayer would put up a hell of a fight, but Hulk's limitless scaling eventually overwhelms anything in the DOOM arsenal.
