Hulk smashes Deadpool into paste repeatedly. Wade heals. Hulk smashes again. Repeat forever.
This fight is conceptually identical to Deadpool vs. Thanos โ Wade can't die but also can't win. Hulk's raw power is so far beyond Deadpool's damage output that Wade's attacks are mosquito bites to the Green Goliath.
Deadpool's katanas, guns, and explosives can't meaningfully hurt the Hulk. Meanwhile, Hulk can literally punch Deadpool into a red mist โ which Wade then regenerates from while cracking jokes. It's a comedy routine, not a fight.
The only scenario where Deadpool 'wins' is if his incessant talking annoys Bruce Banner enough to trigger a reversion. This has actually happened in the comics โ Wade is so irritating that opponents sometimes just give up.
Deadpool cannot die and has defeated cosmic-level threats through sheer annoyance and immortality. His fourth-wall awareness gives him unpredictable tactical options. He once talked Galactus into leaving Earth alone.
Hulk can reduce Deadpool to atoms with a single clap. His thunderclap shockwave would scatter Deadpool's body across city blocks. Hulk's strength is literally limitless while Deadpool's damage output is firmly street-level.
Hulk wins every exchange overwhelmingly. Deadpool survives through immortality, not through competitive fighting. The only winner here is the audience watching Wade get splattered while delivering one-liners.
