Eren Yeager's Founding Titan form in the Rumbling arc is genuinely terrifying — a skeletal colossus hundreds of meters tall, leading an army of Wall Titans that flatten civilizations. With the full power of the Founding Titan, Eren can control all Eldians, summon previous Titan shifters, and command a force that was systematically destroying the entire world. He's enormous, he regenerates, and his army is nearly endless.

But Godzilla is simply in another weight class. Depending on the version, Godzilla stands 50-120 meters tall with durability that tanks nuclear weapons, and his atomic breath is a concentrated beam of nuclear energy that cuts through anything. Legendary Godzilla survived a point-blank nuclear detonation and was empowered by it. Heisei Godzilla's meltdown threatened to destroy the entire planet. Shin Godzilla's evolved beam split buildings for miles.

The Founding Titan is big, but Godzilla has fought and defeated kaiju of comparable or greater size throughout his franchise. King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, and Destoroyah all make the Founding Titan look manageable. Eren's regeneration is impressive but has limits — sustained damage from ODM gear and thunder spears can overwhelm it. Godzilla's atomic breath would inflict damage orders of magnitude beyond what any Attack on Titan weapon can produce, and his natural durability means Eren's physical attacks would barely scratch him.

Eren's Rumbling army of Wall Titans is his best asset, but Godzilla has fought entire armies of kaiju before and his atomic breath can sweep through groups.
