The Founding Titan's colossal size and army of Titans narrowly edge out the European dragon's fire and flight advantages.
The European dragon of mythology is one of the most fearsome creatures in Western legend โ a massive, fire-breathing reptile with armored scales, devastating claws, and the ability to fly. Dragons in European mythology could lay waste to entire kingdoms, were virtually immune to conventional weapons, and required legendary heroes armed with divine artifacts to defeat. Their fire breath could melt stone and armor alike.
Eren Yeager in his Founding Titan form is a colossus. Standing over 850 feet tall, the Founding Titan dwarfs most depictions of European dragons. Eren's War Hammer abilities let him create crystal weapons and structures, his hardening can create armor against fire breath, and his ability to summon thousands of Colossal Titans through the Rumbling gives him an army that could overwhelm any single creature.
The dragon's greatest advantage is flight and fire. If it can stay airborne and strafe the Founding Titan with fire breath, Eren's enormous body becomes a massive target. Fire is one of the few things that can damage Titans, and a dragon's magical flames could theoretically be more effective than conventional fire. The dragon could also target Eren's nape โ the critical weak point of all Titan shifters.
However, the Founding Titan's sheer scale makes it difficult for even a large dragon to deliver a fatal nape strike. And the Colossal Titans of the Rumbling generate heat intense enough to cook anything in their vicinity. If Eren can surround the dragon with Colossal Titans, their combined heat output could force the dragon to the ground.
The Founding Titan stands over 850 feet tall and can summon thousands of Colossal Titans that generate devastating heat. Eren's War Hammer abilities create crystal weapons and hardened armor that could resist fire breath. The sheer scale of the Founding Titan makes the nape target incredibly difficult for a dragon to reach, and the Rumbling army provides overwhelming numbers.
The European dragon can fly, breathe magical fire, and has armored scales resistant to conventional weapons. Flight gives it complete control of engagement distance, and fire is one of the few things effective against Titans. If it can identify and strike the nape while staying airborne, one well-placed flame attack could kill Eren instantly. Its mobility advantage over the slow Founding Titan is enormous.
Eren narrowly takes this through the sheer numbers advantage of the Rumbling and the Founding Titan's massive scale. A dragon's fire and flight are serious threats, and this fight is genuinely close. But the Founding Titan's ability to summon an army of heat-generating Colossal Titans creates a war of attrition that even a legendary dragon cannot win alone.
