Godzilla is a walking nuclear reactor with durability that laughs at conventional weapons — including nuclear bombs. But Goku operates at a power level where 'nuclear' is a warm-up.

The size difference is dramatic — Godzilla stands 400 feet tall, while Goku is human-sized. But Dragon Ball characters routinely fight beings much larger than themselves. Goku has destroyed mountains, planets, and threatened universes with his attacks. Godzilla, while immensely durable, has never faced anything on the scale of a serious Kamehameha wave.

Godzilla's atomic breath is his best weapon here, and it's legitimately dangerous — it can vaporize city blocks. But Goku in Ultra Instinct can dodge attacks that move at millions of times the speed of light. Landing the breath weapon on someone who can react that fast is effectively impossible.

The one factor in Godzilla's favor is durability. He's survived things that would destroy most fictional characters, and his healing factor (powered by nuclear energy) means even powerful attacks might not put him down permanently.
