The Hulk is simply too powerful for a peak-human fighter like Daredevil to have any realistic chance.
This is a massive mismatch. Daredevil is one of Marvel's finest martial artists, but he is fundamentally a peak-human combatant. The Hulk can lift mountains, shrug off nuclear weapons, and leap across continents. No amount of martial arts skill can bridge this power gap.
Daredevil's radar sense would alert him to the Hulk's attacks, but knowing a punch is coming does not help when the attacker can level city blocks with a clap. Matt cannot hurt the Hulk โ his billy clubs, fists, and kicks would bounce off the Hulk's skin without leaving a mark. Meanwhile, a single glancing blow from the Hulk would be instantly fatal.
Daredevil's only option is evasion and escape. His agility and radar sense might let him dodge for a while, but the Hulk's area-of-effect attacks โ thunderclaps, ground pounds, thrown debris โ make prolonged evasion impossible. This is one of those matchups where heart and skill simply cannot overcome physics.
Daredevil's radar sense and extraordinary agility let him evade attacks that would hit most opponents. His courage and determination mean he would never give up, and he has faced seemingly impossible odds before.
The Hulk is millions of times stronger than Daredevil and completely invulnerable to anything Matt can throw at him. A single punch would end the fight, and the Hulk's area attacks make evasion unsustainable.
The Hulk wins this without effort. Daredevil is an incredible fighter, but this is like a skilled boxer fighting a natural disaster. The power gap is simply too enormous for skill to matter.
