Superman's physical stats are so far beyond Vader's that the Force cannot bridge the gap.
Darth Vader is one of the most powerful Force users in Star Wars, but Superman operates at a completely different power tier. Superman can move at faster-than-light speeds, survive inside stars, and punch with planet-shattering force. Vader's Force powers, while impressive by Star Wars standards, simply cannot scale to this level.
Vader's Force choke is his most dangerous tool here, but Superman has resisted telekinetic attacks from beings far more powerful than Vader. His Kryptonian physiology gives him resistance to most forms of manipulation, and his speed means he could reach Vader before a Force choke fully engages.
The lightsaber, while capable of cutting through most Star Wars materials, faces an opponent whose skin can withstand nuclear explosions. It is unclear whether a lightsaber could even cut Superman. Even if it could, Superman's speed means Vader would never land the strike.
Vader's Force powers allow telekinetic attacks from range, and his precognition lets him anticipate attacks. The Force choke requires no physical contact and could potentially affect Superman's windpipe regardless of his durability.
Superman moves at FTL speeds and can destroy Vader before the Force user even registers his presence. His durability likely exceeds anything a lightsaber can cut, and his heat vision alone could end this fight from orbit.
Superman wins this overwhelmingly. The power scaling between Star Wars and DC Comics is simply too different. Vader is a terrifying opponent in his universe, but Superman operates on a scale the Force cannot match.
