Ghost Rider's supernatural invulnerability and hellfire are completely beyond Daredevil's ability to counter.
Daredevil is a peak-human fighter with exceptional martial arts and radar sense. Ghost Rider is a supernatural entity powered by divine vengeance. The power gap is enormous and fundamental โ Matt fights street criminals, Ghost Rider fights demons and cosmic entities.
Daredevil's billy clubs, fists, and kicks cannot harm the Spirit of Vengeance. Ghost Rider's physical body can be damaged, but the spirit within reconstitutes. Meanwhile, Ghost Rider's hellfire burns the soul โ an attack Matt has no defense against regardless of his martial arts mastery.
Matt Murdock's Catholic guilt makes the Penance Stare particularly interesting. Matt carries enormous guilt over his violent methods and past failures. The Stare could be devastating against someone who already punishes himself psychologically. Daredevil's courage and faith are admirable, but they provide no defense against supernatural fire.
Daredevil's radar sense detects all threats and his agility lets him dodge attacks. His Catholic faith might provide some spiritual resistance to infernal powers, and his courage means he would face Ghost Rider without flinching.
Ghost Rider's hellfire burns the soul, bypassing all physical defenses. The Spirit of Vengeance is immune to physical attacks, and Daredevil's Catholic guilt makes the Penance Stare especially effective.
Ghost Rider wins completely. Daredevil has no tools that can affect a supernatural entity, and Ghost Rider's soul-burning attacks bypass everything that makes Matt Murdock effective as a fighter.
