Captain America is the pinnacle of human potential — the super-soldier serum made Steve Rogers the fastest, strongest, and most durable human possible. Combined with his vibranium shield and decades of combat experience, Cap is one of Marvel's most formidable fighters. He's led the Avengers, fought alongside gods, and never backs down regardless of the odds.

Sanji, however, operates in the One Piece universe where the baseline for elite fighters is superhuman. Post-awakening Sanji has a Germa exoskeleton that grants him durability far beyond human limits — he tanked a direct hit from Queen, an ancient zoan user, without serious injury. His Ifrit Jambe generates flames hot enough to damage beings with superhuman durability, and his speed makes him invisible to the naked eye.

The critical difference is power tier. Captain America's best feats involve fighting enhanced humans, skilled assassins, and occasionally punching above his weight against beings like Thanos. Sanji's feats include kicking opponents through buildings, moving faster than observation Haki users can track, and generating enough heat to melt steel with his legs.

Cap's vibranium shield is his great equalizer — it can absorb virtually any impact and is nearly indestructible. But Sanji doesn't need to break the shield; he just needs to attack from angles the shield can't cover. Sanji's kicks come from multiple directions at speeds Cap may not be able to track, and Ifrit Jambe would generate dangerous temperatures even near the vibranium surface.
