This matchup is emotionally close for anime fans but mathematically isn't. The power scales of Dragon Ball and Naruto operate in entirely different universes — literally. By the Saiyan Saga alone, Goku was fighting planet-busters. Naruto at his absolute peak is a continental-to-planetary-level threat at most generous scaling.

Naruto in Baryon Mode or Six Paths Sage Mode is absurdly powerful within his own universe — he can split the moon, create massive tailed beast bombs, and move at speeds faster than lightning.
