Kratos is one of the most impressive characters in gaming, but Dragon Ball's power scaling operates on a completely different level. Goku's clash with Beerus in Battle of Gods threatened to destroy the entire observable universe — not a city, not a planet, the universe. By the time he masters Ultra Instinct, he's fighting beings that threaten the multiverse.
Kratos's most impressive feats involve killing the Greek and Norse pantheons. These are mountain-to-continental level beings — Poseidon controls the oceans, Zeus throws lightning that shatters mountains, Thor's hammer cracks the World Tree.
