Homelander has no way to counter spatial manipulation. His powers are entirely physical — strength, speed, heat vision, flight. None of these overcome a technique that manipulates the fabric of space itself. Homelander could punch at Gojo for eternity and never make contact.

Gojo's Domain Expansion — Unlimited Void — bombards targets with infinite information, overloading their brain and leaving them catatonic. Homelander's superhuman durability is irrelevant because the attack targets his mind, not his body. One Domain Expansion ends the fight permanently.
